Keep Your Gel Bottles Out of Direct Sunlight 

As we enjoy longer, sunnier days, it’s important to keep your TGB gel polish bottles away from direct sunlight. UV exposure can start to cure your gel nail products, even inside the bottle! To prevent this, always store your bottles in a cool, shaded area, away from windows or direct light sources. 

Never Leave Gel Products in Your Car

We all know the feeling of hopping into a warm car on a sunny day, but your gel nail products won’t appreciate the heat! Gel polish is flammable and should be kept at room temperature to maintain its consistency and performance. Leaving your bottles in a hot car can alter their formula, making them unusable. Always take them inside after a mobile appointment. 

Avoid Storing Gel Polish in Cold Temperatures

Just as heat can be damaging, keeping your gels in a space that’s too cold can also cause issues. If exposed to low temperatures, gel nail products can become thicker and harder to work with. To restore them, bring them back to room temperature before use, but never heat them up artificially, as this can affect the formula.

If your BIAB™ bottle has been sitting unused for a while, you may notice the product starting to separate. This is completely normal, but it’s important to mix it thoroughly before application. Simply use the bottle brush to stir and re-blend the formula to ensure smooth, even coverage every time.
