- Step OneChoose your preferred voucher amount above and click ‘REDEEM’. You will only be able to redeem a voucher if you have enough points in your account.
- Step TwoConfirm your order by clicking ‘REDEEM’ on the pop up. At this point, the qualifying points will be deducted from your account and a unique code will be created. Click ‘COPY’ to save this code to your clipboard. You will need to enter it at checkout.
- Step ThreeOn the pop up, click ‘BUY NOW’, where you’ll be directed to the voucher page. Add the voucher to your basket.
- Step FourOnce you have finished shopping, go to your basket and enter your unique code in the discount code box at checkout. The voucher cost will then be deducted from your basket total.
- Step FiveOnce you have completed your transaction, your Academy Voucher will be emailed to you with instructions on how to use it.
- Please NoteOnce you redeem an Academy Voucher, the points will be deducted from your account, even if you do not complete your purchase. You can view your redemption code history in your rewards account and use your voucher code at any time. If you have already added the voucher to your basket, you will not need to follow step three.
- Academy Voucher TermsOnce purchased, Academy Vouchers are valid for 12 months. Vouchers can be used towards in-person education courses and course kits only. They cannot be combined with, exchanged for, or used in conjunction with any other offer. Voucher prices are shown excl. VAT. VAT is still applied to the order at the current rate of 20%.

Club TGB is The GelBottle Inc.’s loyalty programme, designed to reward eligible members with points, perks, gifts, offers and exclusive benefits based on their tier status. The programme has three tiers, and your tier is based on your qualifying spend over a rolling 12-month period, calculated from your very first purchase. Tier 1: £0–£599 incl. VAT Tier 2: £600–£1,199 incl. VAT Tier 3: £1,200+ incl. VAT
Anyone can join Club TGB by signing up on the rewards page. Tier 1 is free to join and does not require a purchase, payment, or credit card.
To access programme benefits, continue placing orders and move through the tiers, you’ll need to be a qualified nail technician, be at least 18 years old, upload your certification to your account and hold no more than one Club TGB account.
Not qualified yet? You can still join at any time, then upload your certification once you’re qualified to start unlocking programme benefits and progress through the tiers.
You can earn Club TGB Points by making qualifying purchases on thegelbottle.com and by completing selected programme actions, such as creating an account, sharing your birthday, following TGB on social media, or taking part in selected promotions. When you shop, Club TGB Points are earned on your basket value excluding VAT and shipping, based on your Tier status at the time of purchase. You will automatically start earning Club TGB Points from your very first transaction: Tier 1: 3 Points per £1 excl. VAT Tier 2: 4 Points per £1 excl. VAT Tier 3: 6 Points per £1 excl. VAT
Once you’ve collected at least 500 Club TGB Points, you can redeem them as TGB Credit at checkout on thegelbottle.com. 100 Points = £1 excl. VAT TGB Credit.

Yes. To receive, redeem and enjoy certain Club TGB rewards and benefits, including monthly gifts, magazines, tier entry rewards, Academy benefits, lamp upgrades and exclusive promotions, you need to be opted in to marketing communications from The GelBottle Inc.
Your Birthday Points will be automatically added to your Club TGB account on your birthday, based on your tier status at that time. To receive them, make sure your date of birth has been added to your account before your birthday. Your date of birth can be set once and cannot be changed thereafter. Birthday Points are awarded once per calendar year.
If you’re a Tier 2 or Tier 3 member, your monthly gift will be announced by email on the first working day of each month. To claim it, add the gift to your basket and enter your unique code at checkout before the end of that calendar month. Monthly gifts are subject to availability and require a minimum spend of £150 incl. VAT.
TGB Academy Vouchers can be purchased with your Club TGB Points, doubling their value on redemption:

Important details: Academy Vouchers are personal to you and non-transferable. They can’t be sold, exchanged for cash, or replaced after expiry. Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are single-use, and only one voucher can be redeemed per booking, so any remaining course or kit balance will need to be paid at checkout.
We know how important it is to replace your lamp every 12 months to help maintain consistent curing performance. That’s why Tier 3 members who have purchased our latest TGB lamp, Illuminate, are now eligible for a complimentary annual lamp upgrade. If you qualify, you’ll receive an email 12 months after your Illuminate purchase with a unique code to claim your free lamp. Only Club TGB members in Tier 3 that have bought Illuminate are eligible for this reward.
Each qualified technician should have their own Club TGB account, so their points, tier status, rewards and benefits reflect their own eligibility and account activity. Accounts are personal to each member and should not be shared. If you are a salon owner, you are welcome to use the benefits you personally earn to support your own business, provided they are not sold, transferred or used in a way that breaches the programme Terms & Conditions.
Yes. Club TGB is open to eligible customers who create an account and shop on our UK site, thegelbottle.com, wherever they are based. You can earn and redeem points when shopping through the UK site, subject to the programme Terms & Conditions. Some rewards, perks or benefits may vary by region and may only be available or redeemable in the UK. Our UK, US and EU sites operate separately, so points, rewards and account balances cannot be transferred between regions. Points on qualifying purchases are calculated on the basket value excluding VAT. VAT treatment may vary for orders shipped outside the UK, which may affect the number of points earned on those orders.
