Club TGB Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

CLUB TGB Loyalty Programme 

The GelBottle Inc’s Rewards programme (referred to as “Loyalty Programme” or “CLUB TGB”) holds the right to forfeit participation in this program when any of the following conditions have been met: 
 

  1. Misuse or fraudulent behaviour of the Loyalty Programme at the discretion of The GelBottle Inc. 

  1. Breach of Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. 

 
In addition to these terms, The GelBottle Inc holds the right to terminate any CLUB TGB Rewards or account at any given time. At the time of termination, all earned points and all other programme perks will be revoked immediately. 

Some features of the site and services may require you to create a customer account and purchase products that register you in our CLUB TGB Loyalty programme. CLUB TGB rewards you with points when you make purchases, post reviews, engage with us on social media and to celebrate your birthday.

CLUB TGB is an auto-enrolment marketing benefits programme, available to customers who purchase products at thegelbottle.com. You can opt out at any time by contacting our customer services team by email or live chat. Upon entry, you can start earning points and will be emailed with relevant points and product offers including cart reminders for incomplete purchases. Your CLUB TGB level changes based on your lifetime spend and frequency of orders, from Monday 16th September 2024. Your order and points information can be found when you log in to your account. When you visit thegelbottle.com and signed into your account, we can provide a better user experience related to your Loyalty programme level. We do this through cookie tracking and marketing data, details of which you can find in our Privacy Policy. The GelBottle Inc reserves the right to amend and change the rewards programme CLUB TGB at any time and may withdraw, deny or amend points and point values at any time.  

When you create an account, you must confirm that you have read and agree to the TheGelBottle Inc Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy 

Points can only be redeemed on orders on the at thegelbottle.com and cannot be exchanged for money and/or other goods and services unless otherwise stated by The GelBottle Inc. Points can be redeemed on our website checkout:

  • 1000 points can be redeemed for £10 on orders over £100. 

  • 1500 points can be redeemed for £15 on orders over £125.

  • 2000 points can be redeemed for £20 on orders over £150.  

  • 3000 points can be redeemed for £30 on orders over £175. 

  • 5000 points can be redeemed for £50 on orders over £250.  

CLUB TGB Terms of Service 

  • TGB SMS Service: By signing up to SMS/Text Services, you agree to receive marketing alerts linked your purchases and CLUB TGB status. Depending on your mobile phone service provider you may incur fees to send and receive texts from The GelBottle Inc. Please check your mobile terms of service for further details. TGB is not responsible for additional mobile fees incurred for this service. 

  • User Responsibilities: The GelBottle Inc is not responsible for undelivered texts/SMS marketing or order communications. Please check your device settings to receive alerts from thegelbottle.com. Please maintain device settings and contact details to receive alerts.  

  • TGB Email Service: By signing up for the marketing email services, you agree to receive marketing emails linked to your purchases and CLUB TGB status. 

  • Opt-out of CLUB TGB Notifications: You can opt out of receiving marketing emails and SMS texts at any time by adjusting notifications when logged into your account. Points are only awarded when you first sign up for emails and/or SMS. Points will not be awarded to customers who opt out and resubscribe. 

  • Earning Loyalty Points on purchase: You can earn loyalty points on purchases made at thegelbottle.com. 100 points are awarded when you make your first purchase - you will receive three points for every £1 spent.  

  • Earning Loyalty Points on your birthday: CLUB TGB awards points on your Birthday. Point amount may vary and points can only be awarded if your birth date is added to your account.  

  • CLUB TGB Breach of Activity: The GelBottle Inc reserves the right to exclude and terminate membership of our Loyalty Programme for any members we deem to be fraudulent activity to gain more points. This includes and is not limited to fraudulent payments and frequently reselling The GelBottle Inc products through unauthorised third-party retailers.  

  • Misuse & Fraudulent Behaviours: Misuse of the Loyalty Programme includes using points to buy and profit from selling TGB products on third party resellers without written and contractual consent from The GelBottle Inc. Fraudulent behaviour includes and is not limited to purchasing goods from The GelBottle Inc with fraudulent payment methods. 

  • Termination Clause: Customer may opt-out of CLUB TGB at any time. To do so, contact our customer services team via email and/or web chat. Any points gained will become null and void on day of termination and should you wish to rejoin CLUB TGB, you will not be allocated your previous points. 

  • Disputes or Concerns: Should you wish to dispute or raise concerns about your CLUB TGB point allocation or membership please contact customer services via email or web chat.
