We know how important reliable delivery is, so we’ve made some exciting changes to how your orders reach you. That’s why we’ve partnered with DPD to deliver faster, more flexible and more reliable delivery options.  
 
Whether it’s next working day delivery on orders placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday), free delivery when you spend £75 or more or multiple new ways to receive your order — DPD makes it possible.

What This Means for You
 
With DPD, your delivery works around you. You can choose to: 
 
• Have your order delivered straight to your address 
• Collect from a nearby DPD pickup point

• Easily redirect your parcel if your plans change 
• Access ultra-precise delivery information via the DPD app 
 

How It Works
 
DPD makes it easy from the moment your parcel leaves us. Here’s what to expect: 
 
1. Place your order and choose your preferred delivery method at checkout. 

  1. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation by email or SMS.
  2. On the morning of delivery, you’ll get an email or SMS with your one-hour delivery window and a link for live tracking.
  3. Need to change things? Via that notification or on the DPD app, you can:
  4. A) Request they deliver the parcel to a safe place
  5. B) Have it delivered to a parcel shop or secure locker (with full PIN/barcode details)
  6. C) Change the delivery day
  7. D) Deliver to a neighbour instead
  8. 5. Once delivered, you’ll get a confirmation message with details of where your parcel was left or how to collect it.
