What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save allows you to receive your go-to TGB essentials on a recurring basis, while enjoying a saving on every order. It’s the easiest way to stay stocked without having to re- order each time.

How much can I save?

You can choose from two delivery options:

  • Every 4 weeks — save 10%
  • Every 8 weeks — save 5%

Your saving will be automatically applied for each recurring order.

How do I set up a subscription?

Simply select your preferred delivery frequency on the product page and add the item to your basket as a subscription. We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I change the payment method for my subscription?

Yes. Your subscription is initially set up using the card details entered at checkout, and all recurring payments will be taken from this card by default. If you’d like to update your payment method, simply visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ section in your account. From there, you can add a new card, select it from the dropdown within your subscription, and update your payment details.</P.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you’re in control. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account before your next order is processed.

Can I change how often my order is delivered?

To change your delivery frequency, you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and set up a new one with your preferred schedule.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

Yes—you can manage your upcoming orders within your account, including skipping a delivery if you don’t need a refill just yet.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically ahead of each scheduled dispatch, based on the frequency you selected when setting up your subscription.

Can I use discount codes with my subscription?

Subscription orders already include a built-in saving, so additional promotional discounts or codes cannot be applied.

Will I earn loyalty points on subscription orders?

Yes—subscription orders will earn points in line with our loyalty programme, unless otherwise stated.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If your subscribed product is unavailable at the time of processing, we’ll notify you and either delay your order or skip that delivery. Alternatively, there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your product. If you have already been charged for an item that cannot be fulfilled, our customer services team will be on hand to arrange a refund.

Can I subscribe to multiple products?

Yes, you can set up subscriptions for multiple products. Each subscription will be managed individually within your account.

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can view, edit, or cancel your subscriptions at any time by logging into your account and visiting the ‘My Subscription’ section.

Will I be charged for shipping on subscription orders?

Yes, standard delivery charges apply to each subscription order unless your order meets the free delivery threshold at the time of processing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Will I be reminded before my next order?

Yes. We’ll send you a reminder 3 days before payment is due, so you have time to make changes if needed.

Can prices change?

Yes. Product prices, delivery charges and subscription discounts may change from time to time. If a change materially affects your active subscription, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know before it applies.
