Full Terms & Conditions

By selecting Subscribe & Save, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription service

Subscribe & Save allows you to receive selected products on a recurring delivery schedule at a discounted price.

Customers can choose from the following delivery frequencies:

  • Every 4 weeks – 10% off
  • Every 8 weeks – 5% off

The applicable discount will be applied automatically to each recurring subscription order.

2. Eligible products

Subscribe & Save is available on selected products only. Product availability is subject to change, and not all products may be offered as part of the subscription service at all times.

3. Recurring payments

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring payments to be taken from the payment card used when the subscription is first created. Recurring payments will continue automatically in line with your selected delivery frequency unless and until your subscription is cancelled.

4. Changing payment method

You can update your payment method at any time via the My Subscriptions section of your account.

To update your payment details, you must:

  1. Add a new payment card to your account
  2. Select the new card within your subscription settings
  3. Save or update the subscription

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date.

5. Changing frequency

If you wish to change your delivery frequency, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and create a new one using your preferred schedule.

Delivery frequency cannot be amended on an active subscription.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. There is no minimum commitment. Cancellation stops future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed, charged or dispatched. To prevent your next recurring order from being processed, you should cancel before your next scheduled billing date and in line with any cut-off shown in your account.

7. Skipping or pausing deliveries

Customers may be able to skip upcoming orders through the subscription management area of their account, subject to platform functionality and timing before order processing.

8. Pricing and savings

The Subscribe & Save discount applies only to active subscription orders placed through the subscription programme.

The discount:

  • applies only to the subscribed product(s)
  • cannot be exchanged for cash
  • has no cash value
  • cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders

TGB reserves the right to amend or remove subscription discounts at any time. Any such changes will apply to future subscription orders only.

Product prices, delivery charges, and subscription discounts may change from time to time. Where a change materially affects an active subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the change applies.

9. Shipping charges

Subscription orders are subject to standard delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and applied at the time each recurring order is processed.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Unless otherwise stated, Subscribe & Save orders cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts, or offers.

If a sitewide promotion or other offer results in a lower one-off purchase price than the subscription price, the subscription discount will still apply only as set out in these terms.

11. Product availability

All subscription orders are subject to product availability. If a subscribed product is unavailable at the time your order is due to be processed, we may:

  • delay your order until stock becomes available, or
  • skip that delivery cycle

If you are charged for a product that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will arrange a refund for the affected product.

12. Failed payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to take payment again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. We are not responsible for any delay or non-fulfilment caused by failed or declined payments.

13. Account responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, delivery address, and payment details are accurate and kept up to date. TGB is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from inaccurate customer information.

14. Delivery

Subscription orders will be dispatched in line with your selected subscription frequency, subject to stock availability, payment authorisation, and standard delivery timelines. Delivery timings are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

15. Returns and refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring orders, but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or dispatched.

For most online purchases, customers may have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery, subject to any applicable exclusions set out in our Returns Policy.

16. Changes to or withdrawal of the programme

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Subscribe & Save programme, including eligible products, discount levels, or subscription terms, at any time. Any such changes will apply to future orders and will not affect orders already processed.

17. General

We reserve the right to cancel any subscription where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity. These terms should be read alongside our general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy.
