Can I return products to The GelBottle Inc?
Yes, you can return products to us, provided they are in new and unused condition.

What condition must the products be in for returns?
As a cosmetic grade product, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and undamaged. If you believe a product to be faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us!

What information should I include with my return?
Please include a note with your return containing your name, order number, address, and reason for the return. This helps us process your return quickly.

What is the time frame for returns?
Items can only be returned within 28 days of receiving them. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.

Can I return parts of a kit?
We only accept returns of entire kits, not parts. If you wish to keep certain parts, you'll need to purchase them separately.

What form will refunds take?
Authorized refunds will be issued as credit notes. Used items (unless faulty) will not be refunded, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Am I responsible for postage costs for my return?
Yes, currently, the costs of returns are not covered by The GelBottle Inc.
